We offer numerous services to repair, update or modify H-D cylinder heads. Whether you're looking to restore that old Panhead or install tulip valves and high flow guides in your Twin Cam, we have it covered.

Among our valve train services you can learn about our guide hole restoration, no-lead conversions, modifications for larger valves and repairing seat bosses that are cracked or broken. We can repair damage caused by broken valves and restore or modify combustion chambers. It doesn't matter if it's a singular repair or you want it assembled and ready for installation, we have the expertise to handle your valve train needs.

Distorted or blown head gasket surface? Pulled or damaged head bolt inserts? Take a look at our head gasket services. We also offer decking to increase compression on Evolution and Twin Cam's with flat top pistons.

For all of you Evolution and Shovelhead owners with exhaust stud issues, we have solutions. Panhead exhaust flanges and cracked Knucklehead exhaust ports will also find solace here as well. Conversions from plumber intake to o-ring style or restoration of Panheads back to plumber threaded intake ports are performed as well as other intake flanges services. Whatever intake or exhaust ills your Harley may have, chances are we have the cure.

One of our most popular head services is spark plug holes. If you have stripped threads, an early Shovelhead you want converted to long reach or are looking to have your Sportster, Shovelhead or Evolution dual plugged, we have the capabilities. Machining for compression releases is also available.
